When can you write a review?
- If you have actual experience with a provider. You must be a current or previous customer with the provider to leave a review.
- If your experience with a provider occurred within the last 12 months.
Then you cannot leave a review
- If you have received any type of incentive to do so. For example, the company might offer discounts, payments, loyalty points, gifts, or similar bonuses.
- If you invent an experience or write a review on someone else’s behalf. A person is only allowed to write about their own experience.
- If you have a close connection to, work for, or compete with the company you are writing about.
Things to consider when leaving a review
- Maintain a respectful tone. We do not accept reviews that contain harmful or discriminatory language. You must not lie, blackmail, threaten anyone, or engage in any illegal activities.
- You must not include any advertising, marketing, or links in your review.
- Do not include any sensitive or personal information about yourself or anyone else when writing the review. Examples of personal data include name, phone number, address, or any details that can be used to identify a specific individual.
You must create a user account to leave reviews
You must create a user account to post reviews on Everytel. It is a way for us to ensure that our service is not misused to leave false reviews about the providers.
A person shall have only one account and not use multiple accounts to post. The account must be linked to you personally – you must not impersonate anyone else. Your profile must not contain anything harmful, malicious, discriminatory, defamatory, or obscene.
If your profile contains any inappropriate content or if you create more than one account, we reserve the right to delete all of your accounts.
Your user account must be linked to a valid and permanent email address in case we need to contact you.
Everyone can report reviews
Everyone visiting Everytel can submit reviews – you don’t need to be logged into your account to do this. Reviews should only be reported if they are genuinely problematic.
When you report a review, we check to determine if it violates our guidelines. If we determine that it does, we take action.
